Leon brings 20 years of experience building and managing software and services teams in the areas of Data Management and BI, Enterprise Software, and Performance Management. Leon was CEO of OberoSPM and the Business Unit Executive of IBM’s North American Software Group, building high performance scalable organizations.

Frank Pizzolato

Chairman of the Board

Frank is responsible for advising the executive team on the overall operations and strategy to ensure the continued growth of Delbridge. Frank founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Systems as it evolved from a consultancy firm to a software firm, providing the office of finance with Performance Management solutions. Clarity’s acquisition by IBM was one of Canada’s noteworthy technology transactions in 2010.

EVP, Data & Software Engineering Services

Wayne’s responsibilities include leading the professional services team and day-to-day operations as well as contributing to business development and growth. Wayne brings 21 years of experience building and managing software and services teams in Enterprise Analytics, Big Data, and BI / Data Warehousing. Wayne served for 5 years as the head of Enterprise Analytics at Prolifics and before that 16 years in various BI and Data Warehousing leadership roles at IBM. Wayne holds one patent and a certification as an Enterprise Data Architect from his years at IBM.

Bahadir Onkal

Senior Delivery Director

Bahadir Onkal is a Senior Director in Delbridge’s Professional Services Group with over twelve years of experience in the CPM space domain. At Delbridge, he has the role of directing Professional Services teams, fostering services delivery practices, and overseeing implementations for key projects. Most recently, Bahadir has been devoted to growing business partner relationships and supporting Delbridge’s expansion. His previous work experience includes Clarity Systems, IBM, and SAS Institute. Bahadir has degrees in Computer Science and Business Economics.

As a Managing Director, Catalin is responsible for the overall management of our Professional Services and Operations in our Bucharest, Romania office. He has been with Delbridge since its inception and has led the growth of our European team. With a strong technical background and over 12 years of experience in the area of Performance Management and Business Intelligence, Catalin oversees projects for both our European and North American clients. Prior to Delbridge, Catalin was a Solutions Architect and Implementation Consultant at IBM and Clarity Systems.

Colin and his team, serve as a crucial point of contact for customers navigating the ever-evolving landscape of technology.

Head of Accounting and Operations

Roxana plays a key role in maintaining detailed and organized financial records, managing transactions, and analyzing financial data to provide insights into the company’s performance and areas for improvement. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing human resources processes, and ensuring compliance with tax, labor laws, and company policies. With over a decade of experience, she has consistently enhanced internal processes.

Head of CPM Sales

John is primarily responsible for overseeing and leading our Sales & Business Development initiatives at Delbridge. John comes with an extensive background, bringing over 10 years of valuable SaaS sales experience, which includes dealing with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to smaller start-ups and scale-ups. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his two children and is always on the lookout for the next exciting travel adventure.

Christian Ramirez spearheads our Global Key Accounts and Partner relationships. With over 20 years of expertise in Partnerships, Account Management, and Business Development, Christian brings a wealth of knowledge in banking, payments, loyalty programs, B2B SaaS, and emerging technologies. Christian holds an MBA in Digital Transformation from the DeGroote Business School at McMaster University, equipping him with the strategic insight to drive innovation and growth in an ever-evolving business landscape. His passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results continues to shape our commitment to excellence and client & partner success.

Philip’s responsibilities include leading the professional services teams in the EMEA and APAC regions, as well as driving the development side of Delbridge’s business. With over a decade in the tech industry, Philip has extensive experience in Project Management, Delivery Management, and People Leadership. As an experienced Manager, Philip has successfully led distributed teams across various domains, including usability testing, content management, and learning & development. His expertise spans programming, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management. Passionate about mentorship and team growth, he is dedicated to building high-performing teams and delivering scalable solutions.

Practice Director, Data & Software Engineering

Mohammad serves as Delbridge’s Practice Director, leading Data and Software Engineering operations and projects across North and South America. With more than 15 years of experience in professional services and project management, he is instrumental in driving business development and fostering strategic partnerships. His extensive expertise covers multiple industries, including Sales Performance Management, Banking, Financial Services, and Telecom, allowing him to provide valuable insights and innovative solutions. Mohammad ensures the successful delivery of complex projects while supporting the growth and expansion of Delbridge’s capabilities in these key sectors.

Practice Director, Sales Performance Management

Megha Saravagi is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain. Her expertise lies in Incentive Compensation Management and Territory & Quota Planning. At Delbridge, Megha leads the SPM practice, where she oversees the implementation of key projects, fosters relationships with partners and manages teams. Megha‘s educational background includes an engineering degree and an MBA. She has also earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Her contributions extend to developing key project management methodologies within the organization.
