Leon Kharkhourin
Chief Executive Officer
Leon’s responsibilities include developing and executing growth strategies while overseeing sales, marketing, and partner channel divisions. Leon brings 15 years of experience building and managing software and services teams in the areas of Performance Management, BI, and Sales Force Automation. Leon was the Business Unit Executive of IBM’s North American Software Group, managing Performance Management Professional Services.
Harjot Ghai
Chief Operating Officer
Harjot’s responsibilities include overseeing the Customer Success and Professional Services organization as well as supporting internal finance, operations, and human resources to drive a high performing culture. Harjot’s unique combination of functional and technical know-how, as well as his commitment to customer success, is the foundation for Delbridge’s approach to ensuring all of its clients have a positive experience working with Delbridge.
Frank Pizzolato
Chairman of the Board
Frank is responsible for advising the executive team on the overall operations and strategy to ensure the continued growth of Delbridge. Frank founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Clarity Systems as it evolved from a consultancy firm to a software firm, providing the office of finance with Performance Management solutions. Clarity’s acquisition by IBM was one of Canada’s noteworthy technology transactions in 2010.
Wayne Scott
EVP Data & Software Engineering Services
Wayne’s responsibilities include leading the professional services team and day-to-day operations as well as contributing to business development and growth. Wayne brings 21 years of experience building and managing software and services teams in Enterprise Analytics, Big Data, and BI / Data Warehousing. Wayne served for 5 years as the head of Enterprise Analytics at Prolifics and before that 16 years in various BI and Data Warehousing leadership roles at IBM. Wayne holds one patent and a certification as an Enterprise Data Architect from his years at IBM.
Bahadir Onkal
Senior Delivery Director
Bahadir Onkal is a Senior Director in Delbridge’s Professional Services Group with over twelve years of experience in the CPM space domain. At Delbridge, he has the role of directing Professional Services teams, fostering services delivery practices, and overseeing implementations for key projects. Most recently, Bahadir has been devoted to growing business partner relationships and supporting Delbridge’s expansion. His previous work experience includes Clarity Systems, IBM, and SAS Institute. Bahadir has degrees in Computer Science and Business Economics.
Catalin Ciumag
Managing Director, Delbridge Romania
As a Managing Director, Catalin is responsible for the overall management of our Professional Services and Operations in our Bucharest, Romania office. He has been with Delbridge since its inception and has led the growth of our European team. With a strong technical background and over 12 years of experience in the area of Performance Management and Business Intelligence, Catalin oversees projects for both our European and North American clients. Prior to Delbridge, Catalin was a Solutions Architect and Implementation Consultant at IBM and Clarity Systems.
Colin Low-Ring
Senior Director, Customer Success
Colin spearheads Customer Success at Delbridge, bringing with him a wealth of experience and proficiency in enterprise software cultivated over 20+ years. In his role, Colin leads a dedicated team that collaborates closely with customers. They provide unwavering support and assistance driving towards our customer’s long-term goals and initiatives. Colin and his team, serve as a crucial point of contact for customers navigating the ever-evolving landscape of technology.
Roxana Kulumbetova
Head of Accounting and Operations
Roxana plays a key role in maintaining detailed and organized financial records, managing transactions, and analyzing financial data to provide insights into the company’s performance and areas for improvement. Her responsibilities extend to overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing human resources processes, and ensuring compliance with tax, labor laws, and company policies. With over a decade of experience, she has consistently enhanced internal processes.
John DiQuattro
Head of CPM Sales
John is primarily responsible for overseeing and leading our Sales & Business Development initiatives at Delbridge. John comes with an extensive background, bringing over 10 years of valuable SaaS sales experience, which includes dealing with a wide range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to smaller start-ups and scale-ups. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his two children and is always on the lookout for the next exciting travel adventure.
