We are looking for a proactive, entrepreneurial, and growth-oriented Junior Account Executive to join our team. What You Will Do:

  • Develop Customer Relationships: As the primary point of contact for assigned clients, you will build and maintain long-term relationships, ensuring strong customer satisfaction and engagement. You’ll proactively identify customer needs, issues, and expansion opportunities, addressing them in a timely and effective manner.
  • Account Growth & Expansion: Drive growth within your assigned accounts by identifying opportunities to expand Delbridge’s services. You’ll work closely with customers to demonstrate the value of our solutions, encourage adoption, and identify opportunities for service diversification.
  • Sales & Lead Generation: Research and identify new business opportunities, soliciting new accounts, and nurturing relationships through phone, email, and social media. Manage sales opportunities through CRM systems, from lead tracking and forecasting to proposal generation and closing deals.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Project Managers, Delivery Teams, and Consultants to ensure that customer expectations are met. You will also collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to strategize on business development initiatives and product offerings.
  • Customer Success & Retention: Address customer concerns and challenges, resolving issues quickly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Your focus will be on fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring that customers are achieving their goals through our software solutions.

Who You Are:

  •  You have 1-3 years of experience in business development, account management, or customer success, preferably in a software or IT consulting environment. Previous experience in financial planning, business intelligence, or performance management is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales opportunities at once.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
  • You are driven by customer satisfaction and are passionate about delivering value to clients. You understand the importance of building strong, trusted relationships.
  • You are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and solutions. Knowledge of CPM, SPM, or Data & Analytics software is a strong plus (e.g., Prophix, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Vena, OneStream).
