We’re looking for a driven and curious Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you’ll work alongside senior account executives and delivery leads to qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, develop compelling proposals, and help bring deals across the finish line.
This is an ideal position for someone who wants hands-on experience in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales environment. This role also has a focus at elevating Account Executive aptitude to become future leaders in the organization.
What We’re Looking for:
- A consulting or services software background, having delivered previous solutions in Data and Technology. A developer-turned-sales role.
- A minimum of five years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role — ideally within a professional services or technology context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
- The ability to speak with technical acumen in fluent English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
- Curious and coachable mindset — asking questions, seeking feedback, and are motivated by continuous improvement.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and managing multiple active deals at different stages of the sales cycle.
- Familiar with the software development lifecycle.
- Independent – can operate without handholding
- Reliable – delivers what is agreed to be delivered when it was discussed to be delivered.
- Punctual – can manage their schedule and attend meetings on time.
- Familiarity with sales tools and standard sales productivity software is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a computer science/technology background.
- Ability to operate with some direction and guidance.

Variable Total (40% of OTE) | Combined | MBO and commission together make up the 30% variable portion of your on-target earnings at full attainment. |
