We’re looking for a proactive, driven, and client-focused Project Manager to lead enterprise solution implementations from kickoff through go-live. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving problems, and want to grow with a high-performing team, we’d love to meet you.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Manage end-to-end software implementation projects
  • Track and manage scope, timeline, budget, and resourcing
  • Act as the bridge between clients, consultants, and technical teams
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular updates
  • Identify and resolve blockers or project risks early
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure smooth delivery
  • Mentor and support junior team members
  • Contribute to process improvement and team collaboration

What You’ll Bring to Delbridge

 

  • 3+ years of experience managing software or data-related projects
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a consulting or delivery-focused environment
  • Comfort working with cross-functional teams (technical and business)
  • Exposure to CPM/EPM tools (e.g., Vena, Anaplan, TM1, Oracle, SAP BPC) is a plus
  • Ability to learn technical concepts and speak with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Experience using project tracking tools like JIRA or Microsoft Project
  • Advanced Excel skills are a plus
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
