With an end-of-life system stranded on unsupported hardware, Cabot moved global consolidation to the cloud with Delbridge Solutions, eliminating nightly downtime and protecting its SEC reporting.
The Challange
Cabot’s global consolidation process relied on a legacy on-premises platform that was approaching end of life. The system was hosted on infrastructure that could no longer be upgraded, and the vendor was winding down support for the product. For a global, publicly traded company, the combination of aging infrastructure and declining vendor support created growing risk around the ability to produce consolidated financial reporting on time and with confidence.

Delbridge’s Approach
Cabot partnered with Delbridge Solutions to implement CCH Tagetik Consolidation in the cloud, moving away from their legacy platform. The migration removed the dependency on aging on-premises infrastructure and put Cabot on a modern, cloud-hosted platform with regular vendor updates.
The engagement was collaborative, and any challenges that surfaced during the project were resolved before go-live. Cabot came out of the implementation with a modern consolidation environment and an ongoing support relationship that keeps the system improving over time.
